At The Nest, we’ve designed a space that’s unlike any other. Blending timeless design with modern elegance, we created a space that feels like home from the very first step inside. With breathtaking views of La Concha and the Marbella coastline, the villa features five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and a focus on both quality and comfort.

Inside, we’ve created a perfect balance between natural materials and contemporary finishes. Warm wood-paneled ceilings, sleek microcement walls, and ash oak parquet floors come together to make every room feel inviting and stylish. The bathrooms are especially unique, with handcrafted copper mosaic flooring that adds an artistic touch.

The open-plan living areas are designed for easy living, with large windows letting in plenty of natural light. Outside, the Mediterranean-inspired spaces include a beautiful pool, al fresco bar, and cozy fireplace – perfect for relaxing or entertaining.

Downstairs, we made sure there’s no shortage of fun, with a Swedish shuffleboard game, an indoor bar, and a chic wine cellar. And for a little extra surprise, The Nest is filled with Secret Spaces—hidden doors that lead to a private gym and spa and guest bedrooms, adding an element of surprise to everyday living.
